Hawaiian black lava salt is a coarse, unrefined sea salt from Hawaii, prized by culinary experts worldwide for its unique aroma and intense black color. The striking hue comes from volcanic ash or activated charcoal.

100 g of Black Lava Salt contains: 99.5 g sodium chloride (including 39 g sodium and 60.5 g chlorine); 1140 mg/kg sulfur; 0.097 g calcium; 0.15 g magnesium; 0.071 g potassium and other macro- and microelements.

HOW TO USE: Lava salt pairs perfectly with roasted vegetables, grilled meats, roasts, poultry, fish, and shellfish.
