Single Origin Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sourced exclusively from 100% Koroneiki olives, harvested from a single olive grove in the village of Skalani, Crete. The grove is situated on an eastern slope at an altitude of 230 meters above sea level. It is home to 100–150-year-old olive trees that enjoy abundant sunlight, mineral-rich soil, and the refreshment of the Mediterranean climate. The olives are grown using sustainable farming methods and cold-pressed within hours of harvest. This exceptional olive oil has 0.3% acidity and 600 mg/kg of natural polyphenols. It features an elegant aroma of fresh fig leaves and green herbs, complemented by a pleasant bitterness and a persistent, spicy aftertaste.
