Fiery blend for the brave in a large test tube

Description

The blend is prepared by hand using the following ingredients:

• Smoked sugar
• Bird’s eye chili
• Roasted onions
• Cubeb pepper
• Himalayan salt
• Smoked Naga Bhut Jolokia chili

We dared to combine two brutally hot chilies – Bird’s eye and Naga Bhut Jolokia (some of the world’s hottest chilies) – and added roasted onions, aromatic Cubeb pepper, naturally smoked cane sugar, and Persian blue salt.

This is a truly fiery blend for the brave! 24% of the mix consists of fiery chilies!

You can add oil or more salt (to taste) to the blend, rub it onto your grilling treats, and enjoy a breathtaking flavor!
