Description
Banasura pepper, grown in Kerala, India, is one of the world’s rarest and most difficult to obtain peppers. Its total harvest doesn’t exceed two tonnes a year, making Banasura pepper a coveted, yet not always available, product. The pepper has a distinctly intense aroma that is warm yet sharp, and which diminishes if added during the thermal processing of cooking.
USAGE: Banasura Highland Pepper can be used as a sophisticated seasoning for various meat dishes, especially steak.
MANASGARSAS.LV TIP: Try including Banasura pepper in a rub mix designed for grilling beef.
