Description
The rosehip fruit is the round part of the flower found just below the petals. It contains rose seeds which, when dried together with the fruit, can be used not only in cooking but also in medicine. Fresh rosehips are packed with vitamin C and are used to treat not only colds or flu, but also various issues with the stomach, kidneys, back, and legs. They’re also used in managing diabetes, high cholesterol, and in stabilizing the immune system and blood pressure.
