Syrah red wine salt (2%)

The grape “Syrah” variety is well-known and very ancient. It is a vine with small berries but excellent qualities. Its possible origin is the area around the Persian city of Shiraz. Today, Syrah grapes are grown in France, Australia, and Spain (here, in the fields of Castile, particularly dark and intensely flavored grapes are produced).

Red wine salt pairs perfectly with red meat (beef, game, lamb, etc.), including roast salads and dark sauces. It also complements dark chocolate desserts and exotic fruits.
