Description
This blend will give your homemade popcorn a piquant ranch herb and spice aroma – you won’t be able to imagine your delicious snack without it!
Recipe for stovetop popcorn:
1. Heat a little oil in a pot (preferably with a thick bottom).
2. Drop a few kernels into the pot.
3. Once they pop, add the remaining kernels, covering the bottom of the pot evenly.
4. Put the lid on, remove the pot from heat, and wait 30 seconds. This allows the remaining kernels to reach the right temperature, so they’ll start popping almost simultaneously when returned to heat.
5. Return the pot to heat. When kernels start popping, gently shake the pot occasionally. Keep the lid slightly ajar to release steam (this makes the popcorn drier and crispier).
6. When the popping interval slows to several seconds, remove the pot from heat and pour into a large bowl.
7. Add a little melted butter and mix in the seasoning (to taste).
Enjoy!
