Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without the fabulously delicious Patagonia peppers, garlic, and mustard seeds, but… the special additions to this blend are cane sugar, Sichuan red-brown peppers, cranberries, mace, blackcurrants, smoked onions, and a pinch of pink pepper.

Your chicken chops or roasts will taste amazing if you rub the meat with this spice mix and let it sit in a cool place for at least 30 minutes.
